When Concrete is Cold...

When applying Crack stix in cooler temps, I find it best to pre-heat concrete or even asphalt to ensure it is dry and free of moisture. If you fail to do this, especially with concrete, you could get chipping or even more cracking! Simply take our Pro Melt torch or our handheld wand torch CSX 900 and once lit go back and forth along the crack or joint (about 2" off ground) ... This will make for a much better result!
