Product Warranty & Disclaimer

There are no express warranties which extend beyond the description on the face/label of each product, MANUFACTURER DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, OR OF FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Since seller cannot control the manner of use of its products after their sale, seller will not be responsible for any consequential or indirect damages. Rather, seller will, at its options, either replace the goods sold or refund the purchase price. Refund will be sent within 4 weeks and will be in form originally received. No warranties will apply if the goods are in any way altered or modified after delivery by seller. This warranty does not include labor or cost of labor for the application or consequent damages. This warranty gives you specific rights and you may also have other rights which may vary from state to state.

Shipping Policy

Risk of loss: All items purchased from Crackstix.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss an title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Crackstix.com will ship to continental US locations only. Crackstix.com uses UPS standard shipping for all purchases. Please note if there are shipping costs that the shipping rates for all orders are weight based. The weight of any such item can be found on it product page at Crackstix.com. Weights are rounded to the next full pound.

Delivery time: All shipments will be received within 1 week of order placement (usually ships next day from either CT, CA, FL or WI - depending on where order originated).

Returns: We do not accept returns.

Applicable Law

By visiting Crackstix.com, you agree that the laws of the state of Connecticut, without regard to principles of conflicts of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Crackstix.com.
